Victoriakliniken, a 24 beds and 2 operating-theaters hospital, situated in Stockholm, Sweden has been run by Dr. Charles Randquist for over 20 years. Since 2005 Dr. Randquist has been offering Master classes/ Preceptorships in “How to run your best breast practice” sharing his vast experience on breast implants, with live surgery, combining surgical technique & practice management. Dr. Randquist’s goal has always been to spread his knowledge in a simplistic way that enables the surgeon to implement safe and reproducible techniques based on data and achieving best results. Dr. Randquist strives to create a safer environment for both patients and plastic surgeons.

Victoriakliniken and Dr Charles Randquist are well known in the industry for creating natural long-term results in a safe and effective way. Dr. Charles Randquist has educated more than 1600 plastic surgeons through his preceptorships throughout the years. Participants get the opportunity to learn about successful practice management, effi cient patient fl ow, implant selection and safety. Since 2005 he has worked together with the breast implant industry to educate surgeons in order to create safer and more predictable results by using the 5 P’s.
